Domestic Discipline Japanese Style
Some interesting amateur spanking sites from Japan
I am always fascinated by spanking sites that have a sense of realism to them. I like nothing more than to see real life domestic discipline videos, that were not filmed for commercial use, but for private viewing. Several months ago, I ran across several sites that fit nicely into this category. While in Japanese, one of the sites has recently began some creative translations into English. From what I can tell, the three sites below all are about a young Japanese woman named Yumeno who seems to be punished on a regualr basis. There are picture galleries as well as some videos, but her face is hidden throughout. If you can read Japanese there are also journal entries that relate to her punishments. The videos are sometimes difficult to find and are often tucked into some of the picture galleries. There are some older videos that are no longer online that show some of the hardest domestic canings I have ever seen.

I have also found an interesting F/m spanking site that is also an amateur Japanese site. This site features a young Japanese woman who spanks and there seems to be several different men who report to her for a punishment. All of the later galleries feature videos. Some of these punishments are quite severe and she really goes to town with a wooden bread board as a paddle.

Hopefully we will see more F/f videos on this site, I found the punishment of this young woman to be one of the best video series I have ever seen produced by amateurs.

Maid for Punishment
A profile of our recent AVN nominated film
Three years ago we set out to film our first full length spanking feature, “Road Tripâ€?. It was my first attempt at writing and directing a full length film. Our efforts were rewarded with good reviews and good sales. Over the next couple of years we filmed more movies, but on a smaller scale, which resulted in “Painful Summerâ€?, “The Arrivalâ€?, and “Friday Punishmentsâ€?. Over the course of a several week RV trip, I began to formulate the thoughts for a movie of a much grander scale than we had ever attempted before. During one particular night, in which everyone was sleeping and I was driving, the groundwork for ““Maid for Punishment”â€? was put into place mentally. Over the next week J and I bounced scene ideas off of each other until we had enough for a full length feature. When we returned from the trip I took our notes and worked for the next couple of weeks writing somewhat of a screenplay.
I put Dee on the task of finding the perfect secluded mansion in the mountains and she did a wonderful job finding the perfect place. She located a 10,000 sq. ft. mansion deep in the heart of ski country, located on 15 acres, in a gated community. The house was four stories, with an indoor pool, two Jacuzzis, a sauna, multiple suites, and an eight car garage. We like to make the location shoots a fun experience for all and this was the perfect place to film my feature as well as be assured that everyone would be living in the lap of luxury. While not cheap, we arranged for this house for a full week, and it was well worth it.
After a week of preparation we packed our vehicles with close to 1000 lbs of production equipment and headed off into the mountains. J and I, as well as Dee and the webmaster, arrived two days before the models and the rest of the production staff so we could spend a while with preproduction. Many of the scenes that I had written now had to be fined tuned as we got a better sense of the shooting space. We also spent countless hours prelighting all of our scenes to assure that things moved as quickly as possible during our days of shooting. Once everything was in place the models began to arrive that evening. After treating the cast and crew to a nice dinner, we began. Shooting continue for four straight days and was a tiring process for most of us. It is difficult to act in a movie as well as have any sort of production role and for several of us, we worked 18 hours days for four straight days.
The main difference in this production and previous ones was the amount of time and energy put into the production process. We brought in additional personnel to help, but we were also dealing with a lot of new concepts. We purchased camera cranes, steady cams, dollies, and various other new tools to increase our production value. We tripled the amount of lighting that we generally used and switched to boom mounted mics with sound people. This turned out to be a long film, but as people have come to expect from us, the central focus in on the spanking. There are 16 different punishment administered to our three lovely models over the course of this film. In addition, we included a few bondage scenes and gently explore the world of erotic discipline.
I am happy to announce that this movie resulted in our first AVN nominations. For those of you who are not aware, the AVN awards are like the Oscars for the adult entertainment industry. Because there is a little bondage mixed in, our nomination is for the “Best BDSM Film� category. The awards take place in January of 2005 and we will know then if our efforts will be recognized by the industry as the best of 2004.

Favorite Punishment Position
My favorite position to use when spanking.
When spanking someone, I employ a variety of positions, each serving a different purpose. There are positions that are assumed due to the embarrassment factor, ones that put the most intimate of parts on display. There are other positions that I have people assume that are very uncomfortable and create a general soreness in areas beyond that of the bottom. Some positions are better for severe punishments because they allow me greater control over the person being spanked. If I was forced to choose only one position that I could use, it would be with the naughty girl bending over with her hands on her knees or ankles.
This position is one that I like the most for a variety of reasons. There are few positions that leave the person being punished with a feeling of “presenting their bottom� as this one does. While assuming a wide stance with the bottom high in the air, there is a definite sense of vulnerability. There is also an added embarrassment, this position allows very little privacy and their goods are on display for the world. I like the fact that they have nothing to hold onto to make staying in position any easier. They are forced to concentrate on staying in position, thus reducing the chances that they can just check out mentally during their punishment. This position also allows them a fairly stable stance which allows for spanking with harder implements like a wooden paddle. As long as their stance is wide, they should be able to hold their position even through the hardest of swats. When bent way over, the muscles of the bottom are pulled tight and every stroke is felt as it should be. This position also allows easy access to the thighs, should extra punishment be required. Should this punishment have a sexual element to it, the ass, mouth, and vagina are all easily accessible for penetration.. There are very few positions that allow you to switch between penetration and punishment with such ease.
While I will always use a variety of position when spanking, this is by far my favorite.

Clearly, I am a fan of spanking. I do not just produce spanking content, I am a consumer just like you. Clearly I feel some of the hottest spanking models around exist on my various sites, but throughour the industry there are also some models that I really enjoy watching getting their bottoms smacked. I thought I would highlight a few for you.
Firm Hand Spanking is a site that has come a long way fast. One of the things that they do very well is realistic school paddlings with wooden paddles. One of the true beauties in this area is Amy Denison.
She has an amazing body and some of the best legs in the business. Most of her scenes tend to focus on school scenarios and when she grabs her ankles for a hard paddling, you can’t help but take notice. Based on my personal correspondence with her, she seems to come about her desire to be paddled honestly. Optimistic Spanking Model
One model who never factored pain into her fantasies
As producers of spanking content, you would think that there would be many models who give being spanked a try and decide that they do not want to do it again. We have been fortunate that this has never really been the case for us. In most instances, a model that does not come back for a second shoot is based on our decision, not hers. I think one of the reasons we have such good retention is due to the interview process. We realize that it is just as much of an interview for us as it is for the model. We do not sugarcoat anything; in fact we go to the opposite extreme by making it very clear what they can expect. There is never a case of us saying “it doesn’t really hurt that bad�. We have a handbook that walks them through their first day, with our expectations clear, and even photos of marked butts. It is clear to them that we are looking to spank them in a manner that they will not enjoy. We let them know that in time, tears are the ultimate goal. No model has ever been surprised by what is asked of her and as a result, they always come back for additional shoots. I would estimate that over the history of the studio, less than 5% of the models do not work out. Some come and go over time, but most do multiple shoots for us. On very rare occasions, we end up terminating a model’s employment. This is most often due to them not being reliable. They don’t see working for us as a regular job, but quickly learn that missed shoots or being late results in being fired.
There have been a few models over the years that we have decided not to work anymore for different reasons. One that really stands out for me is the girl that came in professing how much she loved to be spanked. Being only 18, I inquired as to her spanking experience. She stated that she had never actually been spanked, but she had dreamed about it her whole life. She was especially interested in being paddled with a wooden paddle. I told her that if her first few scenes went well, we could think about using a wooden paddle lightly over her pants. We never break out a paddle on a model’s first day, it is generally many shots down the road before we will take it to that level. She stated that she wanted to feel it on her bare butt and she wanted it to be hard. I told her we would see what happens and if I felt she could handle it, we would paddle her as she wanted. As we do with every model on her first day, we filmed her punishment profile. The purpose of this scene in not really to create good content. It is one of our longest running series and it is not very popular with our members. This is due to the fact that these are really the only light spankings we administer. But this scene serves many purposes for us. The first is to get the model in a situation in which she is speaking on camera but not having to worry about lines or playing a role. The second is to give her a chance to become at least a little comfortable being naked in front of the camera and to not have to focus so much on the painful aspects of a scene. The third is to gauge how well a model can tolerate a spanking. After every profile scene we sit with the model and do a bit of a debriefing. The first thing we ask her to do is to rate the pain of the spanking on a scale of one to ten. This let’s us know right away how much room there is to grow in regards to severity. Over the years, the average response from all models is typically in the 3-5 range as far as pain. As far as how hard we can spank, we rate the spanking ourselves as a four. So the models that are in the three to five range are exactly where we expect them to be. On their first day, all models are also given a safeword or some sort of safety signal they can use to end the scene. As we better get to know a model we often go without a safeword, but on day one it is essential. This particular model, during her first spanking, used her safeword. This was a first for us, given the gentleness of the spanking, so we immediately stopped the shoot and talked to her. She thought it might have just been the initial shock and she wanted to try again. We resumed filming and once again she stopped the shoot. When asked to rate the pain, she stated “a ten or higher�. Well, you have seen our profiles and clearly they are light. This girl who wanted a severe bare bottom paddling with a wooden paddle, could not even get through the lightest handspanking. As is the case with many who fantasize about being spanked, but have never been spanked, pain is generally not accurately reflected in a spanking fantasy. For the first time in the history of the company, I sent a model home after her first scene.

Real Punishment in Spanking Videos
Do real punishment spanking actually exist in spanking videos?
The thing that people seem to request to see the most if our productions are scenes with a degree of realism incorporated into it. Our interview based scenes are quickly gaining in popularity because people would rather see a scene in which there is no acting involved. If I created a site that featured nothing but real punishments, it would quickly become one of the most popular on the web. But, there are not too many situations that allow for a spanking production company to be in the situation to punish grown women for real life offenses. So the question is, are there any real punishment scenes on spanking websites? The answer is yes. On our various websites, while not extremely common, we do have scenes that feature real discipline.
This most often occurs with our full-time models, Jessica, Brandi, Claire, and Jasmine. It is easier to approach scenes like this with girls that we have a long standing relationship with. In addition, all of these girls desire to be spanked to some degree. With them having a desire to be spanked, they too wanted an added element of realism in the spankings they take. On all three sites we have done a “real discipline� series in which the girls list offenses they have gotten away with in their lives (both as children and adults) and they are then punished for them. In most cases we have done on camera interviews with the girls to get a sense of how their parents would have dealt with the same situation had they been caught. We adjust the severity of the punishment based on the fact that they are now older and then they are spanked. Being that we are spanking a girl that likes to be spanked and are trying to make it a real punishment, these tend to be some of the hardest scenes we do and they generally end in tears.
When the occasion presents itself, some of the models are punished for things that relate to the job. On a few occasions we have had new models that do not show up for a shoot and do not call. This is the quickest way to get fired at our studio and a single no show without calling terminates their employment. A couple of times, weeks or months after their no show, the models contact us and want to work again. The policy is always the same, they can come back but they owe us one scene without being paid. While we often film the scene with our typical themes, it is made clear to the model that the first spanking is for wasting our time. While these seems may appear just like any other scene on our websites the model is more than aware the real reason for her spanking. A recent development that has led to the application of a real punishment is with both the girls of bispanking.com. Early on they both developed a habit of showing up five to ten minutes late. While this may seem minor, when you have another model and an entire production team waiting on them, it becomes a problem. Both girls fear the cane more than any other implement, so it seemed the best choice for this situation. The first time they were punished for being late, we sort of ambushed them. They both showed up late and Dee and I decided to put an end to it. We detailed a school girl scene to be filmed with me and setup an office environment to shoot in. The cameras were turned on and the girls entered expecting to do the scene we just walked them through. Once they sat down I surprised them by breaking character and telling them that what we were actually doing was addressing the issue of being tardy on a regular basis. They were then explained the new policy, more than five minutes late and they would receive 12 strokes of the cane. They were both then caned severely and taught a very real lesson. That was all it took for Claire to get her act together, but Jasmine has been on the receiving end of the tardy caning on many occasions. More than once, when one of them was one to two minutes late, I looked out the window to see them jogging down the street to beat the cutoff time.
The one occasion that really stands out in which a model was punished for real infractions that affected us was the time that Brandi ended up on the painful end of a 20 minute spanking from me. To make a long story short, I leased her a car to make it easier for her to get to work. Over time it was clear that this was not the best idea in the world and we took the car back. Several months later I received a letter from the city stating that my tickets were about to turn into warrants. Being that I had never had a traffic ticket in my life, I was quite confused. It turns out that Brandi had received almost a dozen parking tickets while driving my vehicle. Of course the car was registered in my name, so the tickets were being issued to me. Brandi had just thrown all of the tickets away. Obviously, she ended up paying all the tickets and the fines, but I felt her lack of responsibility needed to be dealt with. We sat down and had a long meeting about her behavior and she seemed quite concerned about how bothered I was about the whole thing and whether we were going to be able to put it behind us. I told her that the best solution was to dedicate her entire next shoot into teaching her the proper way to act as well as to punish her for what she had done. While a bit reluctant, she agreed. I have never seen a model show up for a shoot quite as nervous as she was that day. She knew she was in for it and it showed in a very big way. The scene was filmed entirely unscripted and Brandi was made to explain, on camera, while she was being punished. I then administered one of the logest and hardest punishment she has ever received. This scene has proven to be very popular on Spanking Teen Brandi and the realism shows.
While rare in the spanking industry, scenes that are very real do exist. They have been some of our best received videos and we are always looking for situations in the future that will allow us to film more.
Models who like to be spanked
A discussion of spanking models who really enjoy their work
Many people see our jobs as professional spankers as being the dream job. Unfortunately, it is a bit more complicated than that for us. It is hard to always feel good about applying a hard spanking to someone who has no desire to be spanked. If this was a true disciplinary situation and we were punishing them for some offense, then it would be a bit easier for us, but this is not the case. What makes it all worth it is when we are graced with the presence of a girl who came to us knowing that she loves to be spanked. Nothing is more refreshing than to have a girl who is looking forward to her scene and even has suggestions in regards to how she wants to be spanked. Over the years we have had several girls who really have desires to be spanked. In most cases, because they are still fairly young, they have not been able to experiment or act upon their spanking desires. Most 18-19 year old girls are not comfortable expressing to boyfriends that they want to be spanked. It is quite enjoyable to help these girls realize their spanking fantasies and guide them through their first experiences.
The first girl to contact us and express her spanking desires was Jennifer. Before her initial interview, she wrote to me detailing how much she desires to be spanked. As with many that are into it, she wanted these spankings to be real. She did not want to do scenes, she wanted to discuss things with us that she felt she had gotten away with in her youth and be properly punished for them. She was very embarrassed about many of these things and refused to discuss them on camera. She did however, put her spankings in our hands and let us decide the appropriate punishment for her infractions. She was the first model that we really pushed the level of intensity in a scene and we did so because her offenses warranted it. Many of the discussion took place via e-mail prior to her shoot and as a result she always showed up very nervous. Those early scenes with her were very special because of the authenticity. While she liked to be spanked, the pain involved in her fantasies was far different from the actual pain she experienced. She wanted to be properly punished and she certainly was each and every time. The fear on her face at the beginning of every scene was very real because she had no idea what her punishment was going to be. For a few of her infractions, which were quite major, she was just about in tears before the scene ever began because she knew that she was really in for it. With Jennifer, regardless of the severity, she always demonstrated her excitement from the situation by becoming visibly moist. While she finally ran out of infractions, and not all of her scenes were for real offenses, we have shot her for more than three years now and she has starred in many of our films.

The latest model to work for us that is really into the scene is Claire. I knew the moment she walked in the studio that she was going to be our next star. During her interview she just could not suppress how excited she was. She even told us how thankful she was that she found us, she had been considering placing an ad for a real life disciplinarian. Just as with Jennifer, she wanted her spankings to be punishment based and administered in a very disciplinary way. Like most, who do not have much experience, she overestimated her tolerance. She told us from the beginning that she could not be spanked hard enough. Her first ever session was with me and I used a round leather paddle. Knowing she wanted it hard, with no perceived limits, I went pretty hard on her. The implement I was using is not that severe in general but she sure reacted. She wanted to experiment with the bondage aspects of it all, so her first scene also involved her being tied to the spanking bench. When it was all over, she told us that she had never been spanked that hard in her whole life, nor had she seen her bottom so marked up. She got much more than she bargained for and ended up with a full-time modeling position as well as her own website BiSpanking.com. One of the greatest features on the site is the “real life discipline� series. In this series we address what both girls are really looking for, real punishments for real offenses. We address things they have done in the past as well as behaviors that they currently engage in. There is no script and there is no acting, the girls simply speak to the spanker and confess what they need to be punished for. They are looking to make changes in their lives or are looking to relive some guilt that feel for things they got away with. These are some of the most serious spankings that we have ever administered in our studio and tears are always the result. Whether for fun or as a punishment, Claire just loves everything about spanking. On two occasions, while we were filming a scene with multiple girls, while the others were being spanked, Claire began to masturbate.
The other half of the bispanking.com site is Jasmine. Pairing these two up was a no brainer being that they both are really into spanking. Maybe even more so than Claire, Jasmine is really into being spanked. She is a little older and a little more experience and she often shows up to shoots with marks on her bottom and thighs that we did not give her. For her it goes beyond just spanking and she really loves to be completely dominated by a man in every way. She is one of those wonderful girls that wants to be told exactly what to do in bed and often wants to be forced to do it. More than any model we have ever hired, she really invests herself emotionally in her scenes. In the real life discipline series, once the lecture begins she often begins to sob. She really takes what is happening very seriously and the guilt she feels for her real life behavior is very apparent. When she is being punished for real life infractions, she will often request the implements she hates the most to be used. She is one of the few models to have ever answered “no�, when asked if she has had enough. She is also the only model to have asked for her face to be slapped during a scene. I think Jasmine is someone who feels the discipline she received as a child did her a lot of good. She grew up in a household in which corporal punishment was the primary form of discipline. She was spanked bare bottom with a belt and a paddle well into her teen years. On her site she details punishments that took place in the family room or her house, in which she remained bent over with her bottom bare, for punishments that lasted well over 30 minutes. Her dad seemed to be a big fan of long lectures intermixed with some bottom bruising strokes of the belt. She also discusses punishments in which she and one of her siblings were spanked on their bare bottoms side by side. She is someone who feels that she still needs this type of discipline to keep her in line.

Domestic Discipline
Beginning a disciplinary relationship with your partner
Domestic discipline is a term used to describe a disciplinary relationship that exists between a consenting couple. Historically relationships such as these have existed throughout history, but in most cases this was not a consensual relationship. Countries in the Middle East still have relationships such as these today. For this purposes of this post, I am talking about two adults who have decided to add domestic discipline into their relationship. There are several different motivating factors for entering into a relationship such as this. One of the first is to spice up someone’s sex life. Generally in a relationship such as this, both partners are into spanking. As an adult there are very few situations in which a spanking is real, and not done in some sort of fantasy scenario. While role playing is fun, there is still something lacking in regards to authenticity. For many, spanking goes well beyond just having their butt smacked, for them there is an important emotional exchange that is required and a strong feeling of actually being in trouble. Most situations that can lead to part of a couple “being in trouble� generally just leads to a verbal argument. In a domestic discipline relationship, being in trouble leads to being punished. By having offenses that can be committed that can lead to be spanked to tears, a spanking relationship can be spiced up in a very big way. No longer does he or she need to play the naughty schoolgirl/boy and pretend to be bad, one must just commit an offense that they know will lead to a spanking and then they will really be in trouble. Some couples take it to the next level and try to integrate the punishments into changing undesirable behaviors. I know many people who are currently motivated to work out, stop procrastinating, quit smoking, and many other things because they know the result will be corporal punishment.
To enter into a relationship like this can be a very delicate balance. If you are not careful, it becomes easy for the person in the power position to just try and make anything that annoys them a punishable offense. This can quickly lead to hard feelings and is not the way to approach the whole thing. I think the most effective way to begin a relationship such as this, is to enter into and sign a disciplinary agreement. Before the whole process even begins the couple needs to sit down and commit some things to paper that they are both in agreement about. A list of offenses that can lead to being punished needs to be put on paper. The whole process should start simple with just a few offenses that both agree upon. Things that are a constant source of conflict should be avoided. Start with things like being on time, not putting gas in the car, or not going to the gym, and avoid things like spending and money. It sometimes makes things easier if the punishment is agreed upon in advance as well. It also needs to be decided if the punishment is being applied to add some spice or if you are really trying to extinguish bad behaviors. Clearly, when trying to eliminate bad behaviors through spanking, with someone who enjoys being spanked, you have your work cut out for you. I will dedicate a later post exclusively to the topic of effectively punishing someone who likes to be spanked. If it is being done to get real results, the spanking is going to have to be hard one with additional elements that you know the person being punished will not enjoy. I think there should always be special considerations for the times in which it was clear that the person got in trouble on purpose, just to be spanked.
As you make progress and grow comfortable with this new relationship, you can begin to expand on the offenses included on the list. This is the time to allow the person responsible for their behavior, to try and list things they do that they wish they did not. With the right disciplinarian, personal growth is often very obtainable. Regardless of what you come up with between the two of you, domestic discipline can really add to what is often missing in a spanking relationship. It takes spanking back to a disciplinary process and creates more of a cause and effect situation in regards to behavior. Nothing makes someone feel young and naughty again than committing an offense that they know will lead to their bare bottom in the air, an implement used effectively, and the possibility of it all ending in tears.

One of the best new models to hit the world of online spanking videos is Kailee. Kailee is the newest model at Realspankings.com and RealspankingsInstitute.com and she has quickly gained popularity and is one of our most requested models. When she walked in our doors for her interview, she was clearly beautiful. With this beauty she brought a confidence and a very open mind. She professed to be kinky but she did not consider herself “into spanking�. In her 19 years, the only spankings she had received were at the hands of her mother. In her “Punishment Profile� video, she goes into detail about what is was like to grow up in a house as the youngest of three sisters in which spanking was the primary form of punishment. Kailee quickly surprised us all with her pain tolerance. I guess all of those years over her mother’s knee prepared her for her new profession. One of the things she really brings to the camera is her brattyness. She quite naturally assumes the bad girl role and she does not respond well to authority. She tends to look at just about every scene as a challenge to see if she can hold out and not cry. It took many severe scenes before she ever shed a tear. We found the quickest way to get her to turn the floodgates on is to make her feel like she is really in trouble. A simple hard spanking alone does not bring out the emotion in Kailee, but really make her feel naughty and show her how disappointed you are in her and she can’t help herself. She truly gives herself completely to a scene and often gets caught up in the realism. The “School Swats� scenes we have done with her are some of the hardest paddlings we have ever administered, or seen administered in any spanking video.
While Kailee did not come to us “into� spanking, she admits that every week it is more of a turn on for her. She is now bringing us scene ideas of things she would like to try. I feel most people know from an early age if they are into spanking, Kailee seems to be a late bloomer. We rarely film a scene with her in which when it is over, she doesn’t run off to the bathroom to look at her marked bottom in the mirror. She marks more than most models and on many occasions has left with her entire bottom black and blue. Even with as bruised as she gets, she is always one to ask for a hard punishment. The scene was scripted for far less strokes than she ended up with, but she knew going into it that if she kept up the attitude during the scene that the paddling would continue. I finally grabbed a large wooden oak paddle, determined to change her attitude. It finally took several swats with a full swing and a bit of a running start to get the point across. I wish we would have had a camera on Brandi’s face during the end of Kailee’s paddling; I don’t think she could believe what she was seeing. This was her first time to work with Kailee and I think the intensity really blew her mind.
In addition to everything she brings to a scene, she is just one of our favorite models to work with. She keeps everyone at ease and is the only model we have ever hired that stops by everyone’s office just to say hi. We have big plans for Kailee and she will soon be a star in one of our feature films. I see a “Best Of� DVD just around the corner for her.
The First Day as a Spanking Model

A question that is asked us of, by most producers in the industry, is how do we get such beautiful models that are willing to be spanked hard on camera? We have found it is not all that hard to get them in for an interview, the difficulty lies in getting them through their first day, getting the content we need, and them have them return for future shoots. Every model’s first day is much longer than subsequent days. The reason being, we take a long time to guide them through the process. Their first day always begins with a sit down with Dee and I. Our talk begins with me trying to help the model understand the mindset of our members. Most models that come to us our not into spanking, many are not even aware that there is a spanking “fetish�. I feel it is important that they understand what our members want to see and what really pushes their buttons. I think an understanding of the fetish, helps them get into their roles, and also makes them feel a little less weird about what it is they are doing.
I make it clear to them what it is we are looking for in a model and what they can do to make sure they are invited for future shoots. The point I visit over and over again is that of communication. I make it very clear that without good communication, this process will not work at all. I tell them that I will be “brutally honest� at all time and that I expect the same from them. While what I do as a spanker seems like the dream job to many, it is often difficult. My job is to bring pain to a girl, who in most cases, gains no enjoyment from it. Not only am I to spank them, but if all goes well, I am going to take them beyond their comfort level. If they are not honest and open with me after a scene, I have no way to know how she is dealing with it all. I make it very clear that when a scene is over, I need very specific feedback from them. If I ask them how that was, and they simply reply “ok�, then we have a problem. I need for them to rate the pain on a scale of one to ten, I need feedback on the position, the implement, the situation, and anything else they can think of. I need them to tell me what I could do different to allow them to take more. If I feel for a second that they are holding back their true feelings or not being honest with me, there is a good chance that they just filmed their last scene.
We do our best to make them feel at ease about the whole situation. None of this could really go as well as it does without Dee. The presence of a female seems to do wonders for making a model feel more comfortable. She is just wonderful at making everyone feel casual about what is about to happen. She is easy to get along with and treats them all like old friends. I think many models interested in an “adult industry� job have major reservations. Images of a “casting couch� situation, seem to fill every model’s head, and for good reason. There are many in the adult industry that see getting laid as a perk of the job. Models are always relieved that there are no sexual situations in our scenes. On top of that, we do everything we can to make them feel comfortable during the times when they are naked. We could have just finished a scene in which a model was required to get fully naked and then dressed again on camera, and when it comes time for her to change for the next scene, I excuse myself from the room. We make extra efforts to make sure that an additional woman is present during all shoots. At no time will a model find herself doing a scene in which another woman in not present.
We have found that if you make every effort to make a model feel comfortable, treat her with total respect, and pay her very well, the pain aspect of what she is being asked to do becomes secondary. At the conclusion of just about every model’s first day, she can not tell else enough how much she appreciates how nicely and professionally she was treated. They always seem so relieved because they expected the process to be so much worse than what it turned out to be. We have never had a model that did not come back for a second shoot. In addition, one of our best sources for models is other models. Once they see how easy it was and how well it pays, they are quick to get their friends involved. Just as with building our first website, we have discovered that if it is not just about money and if you take the time and effort to understand the people involved and treat them well, the rest comes easy.
What is the attraction to spanking
Elements of spanking that I find exciting
With the Internet, I think it has become easier for all of us into spanking to feel better about our personal feelings towards spanking. There seems to be safety in numbers and it is easier to feel less “perverted� knowing there are so many other people with similar feelings. We still have conservative politics and religion telling us that anything but the missionary position with our spouse is bad, but hopefully we are moving away from allowing these people to influence our lives. But what is it specifically that we like about spanking? For different people it is very different things, so I thought I would spend a moment discussing what it is that I find attractive about the fetish.
For some people it is as simple as the physical sensation of having their bottom smacked. There are nerve ending that are shared by our butts and our genitals that allow for cross stimulation. There are many people who are not into the “scene� that still get turned on by having a few well placed smacks on their bottom during sex. For me, and many others, the attraction to spanking goes well beyond the physical sensations that accompany it. One of the biggest attractions is voluntary submission. I am not talking about someone being tied down and being spanked, I am talking about someone submitting to a situation that they know is going to hurt like hell. This is a situation that if they chose to, they could tell the person to “F*** Off� and could run away from. But, the commanding presence of a stern disciplinarian somehow creates a situation that they somehow submit to. This is made even more powerful when the person about to be spanked is made to assist in their own punishment. The removing of the clothes, the assuming of the position, the counting of the strokes, and having to hold completely still are elements in which the person being spanked is assisting in their own demise. These are powerful elements that I find to be the heart and soul of the fetish for me.
I am not a big fan of erotic spanking. For me spanking is a punishment based activity and without this element it does not do much for me. The concept of doing something bad that can result in someone’s bare bottom being presented, in often embarrassing positions, and then be spanked well beyond their comfort level, is more than just spanking, it is a punishment. For me it is a cause an effect situation. They know that certain behaviors that they engage in will result in them being spanked. If they choose to engage in these behaviors, the results are a painful spanking. It is not spanking for spanking’s sake, the spanking has been earned. I also feel that it needs to be something that is not enjoyed by the person being spanked. This is often difficult, because as adults our spanking partners are consenting adults who are into being spanked. To take a spanking to the level of a punishment, for someone who enjoys the process, is often a difficult task. Creative disciplinarians are able to accomplish this task in various ways, but that is a entirely different discussion.
I like the strict and formal aspects of a spanking as well. To just grab someone and hold them in place for a spanking eliminates a lot of the thrill for me. As stated before, there is something seductive about requiring the person being punished to assist in the process. I like to make the process very formal and take as much time as needed to get the job done. It is appealing for me to make them assume the state of dress or undress required for their punishment. The act of sending them to get the implement is quite powerful. Anything that prolongs the actual spanking is effective in itself. The mental anguish that precedes the spanking is often a punishment in itself. If someone knows they are in for a particularly hard spanking, one that they cannot avoid, they often just want to get it over with. The more drawn out and formal the process, the worse it is for the one in trouble. I like to have them assume a position that leaves them feeling exposed and vulnerable. I will often take my time and fine tune their position in any way that I see fit. The more exposed they feel, the more effective the punishment is. Once again, I fine tune verbally and make them go through the effort of getting the position right. There are very few things more submissive than baring your bottom and grabbing your ankles in preparation to have it smacked very hard. Having them count is also very effective. Once again, they are helping with their punishment, and the act of counting the strokes is very formal.
I like to have requirements that are hard for them to meet during their spanking. This further adds to what is required of them during their spanking. To just spank them hard and fast and get it over with, with them kicking and struggling throughout, is really the easiest way for them to accept their spanking. But to require them to keep an accurate count as well as maintain the exact position you have placed them, further adds to the difficulty of them getting through it. This is a punishment and we want to make it as effective as possible. Having them count and maintain their position keeps them from being able to check out of their spanking mentally. They are not just required to take it, they are required to actively participate. Of course, should the requirements that are specified not be met, then the spanking does not end. The threat of additional punishment is a very powerful tool in making sure you get everything you are looking for from the punishment.

Thoughts on the use of the paddle in US Schools

As a content producer, I receive so many requests to see school type paddling scenes. In a future post, I will discuss in detail why I think people’s spanking desires are so closely tied with childhood experiences, but for now I just want to explore the whole school paddling concept. One of the reasons I feel it is such a requested scene is because for many, this was their only exposure to spanking or corporal punishment. It is one of the few variations of childhood spankings that has a fairly public aspect to it. There are many people, while they were never physically punished at home or at school, that were exposed for the first time to spanking in the school environment. I need to make it clear, that while I will often discuss the childhood ties to spanking and even go as far as describing some, I do not think it is right or an effective form of discipline. I am a parent and have never once spanked, or even considered spanking, my child. There are so many other forms of discipline that are far more effective. But, I do fully understand that a lot of this fetish revolves around childhood experiences, or situations that make one feel like a child. While I do not recommend spanking children, I will not tiptoe around the topic when relating adult fantasy to childhood experiences or memories.
At the heart of it, it relates a lot to the cause and effect situation that I discussed in a previous post. With school corporal punishment we have a situation in which if someone chooses to break a rule, the results of their actions will be a painful stimulus applied to their bottom. In many cases it also done without the emotional involvement that a parent may have with the situation. A rule has been broken and the school administrator’s job is to paddle the child. The submission aspect is made even more powerful, in that in many cases they are submitting to a person they hardly know. On the web, we see many stories and “true accounts� of school paddling. People are often caught up in the fantasy and if you did not grow up in a paddling state, it is very difficult to know what is fact and what is fiction.
I moved to Texas the summer before I began 7th grade. Texas is one of the leaders in school paddling, so I found out first hand the reality of school paddling. In addition, as someone that was interested in spanking from an early age, I asked a lot of questions of my friends that were paddled. On top of that, as a content producer, I have been able to interview and communicate with hundreds of people in regards to their real life spanking experiences, so I feel I have a good grasp of what really takes place. Let’s start with the fallacies in regards to school corporal punishment. I do not know of a single verified case of school corporal punishment, in the United Stated, in which the punishment was applied on the bare bottom. Even in the 50’s and 60’s when school corporal punishment was more common, with less fear of lawsuits and sexual harassment charges, I do not know of a case. I have communicated with a couple of people that attended private religious schools, in which they were spanked, paddled, or strapped on their underwear, with skirts up or pants down. I believe this to have happened in a private school environment, but highly doubt it takes place anymore. Most schools today, that still use corporal punishment, have very strict guidelines as to how it is to be applied. Accounts that discuss more than 10 swats being applied, I feel are also generally false.
For the most part (while clearly different depending on the school) I think that the guidelines for paddling a student are similar. Most schools have an implement specified in their corporal punishment guidelines. In most cases this is a wooden paddle. Some religious institutions still use a strap or sometimes a ruler or yardstick, but a wooden paddle seems to be the implement of choice in most public schools. The reason for this its overall effectiveness in any given situation. Clothing does very little to protect someone’s bottom when a heavy wooden paddle is being used. It is easy to vary the degree of severity of a wooden paddle, so it can be used in whatever way the situation requires. A wooden paddle, especially one with holes, has a huge psychological effect. There are very few implements that conjure up fear in the eyes of those about to be punished, like that of a wooden paddle. Most schools specify in their policies the maximum amount of swats that can be applied in a given day. Most schools also require a witness, which is not another student, to be present for the punishment. I am sure this greatly cuts down on the amount of lawsuits, due to the fact that there is someone present other than the student and the administrator that can state what happened. Most school guidelines require the person that is doing the paddling to be the same sex as the student, or at least have the witness be the same sex. Most schools require that a paddling take place outside of the view of other students. While most schools require that the punishment be administered by an administrator, often the vice principal who is usually in charge of discipline, there are still many schools in which every teacher has the power to paddle a student. I know a teacher in Oklahoma who states that hearing a student paddled in the hallway is more than a daily occurrence in her school. While she rarely paddles, she is called by other teachers into the hallway, to act as a witness, several times a week.
My first exposure to school paddling was something I heard. I served as an office runner at my junior high, which meant that there was one period a day in which I worked at the office and ran notes to teachers for the administrators. The first time I heard one, it really caught me off guard and I did not realize it was happening until I heard it. A student was in the VP’s office with the door closed. At some point the door opened and the VP came out and said something to the office secretary. The secretary followed him into his office and the door was closed behind them. About a minute later I was startled by an unbelievably loud sound. It was quickly very clear that someone was being paddled. Words cannot really describe how loud it was, it was so loud I was scared for whoever was in there. For anyone who thinks that a school paddling is ornamental and not painful, this is not the case. There was no doubt from the sounds that this paddling was being applied as hard as this very large VP could apply it. There were a total of three swats, applied around 5 seconds apart. About 30 seconds after the last swat, the door opened and the secretary came out and went back to her work as if nothing had happened. This was just a daily part of her job and it seemed to have no effect on her. It was close to 10 minutes later before the student came out, and while he attempted to put a smile on his face for all of the people that were now looking at him, you could tell from his eyes that he had been crying. While there was an aspect to the whole thing that was a little bit exciting, it was mostly just scary.
I will revisit this topic again in the future and describe my personal experiences as well as that of close friends of mine.
Favorite Spanking Implements
Personal favorites when it comes to implement selection
Everyone into spanking seems to have an implement that they prefer. For many it is the implement they were punished with growing up, or it may just be the like the way it feels when it is used on them. Those that are the spankers also have their favorites. There are so many implements out there now, and with the internet it is easy to get just about anything that suits your tastes. For me, I have different implements that I like for different situations. For the most part, especially when applying a proper punishment, I like an implement that is the most effective overall. I also like to use an implement that leaves a long lasting impression. Especially when punishing someone who likes to be spanked, I think it is important to use an implement that will leave them sore for many days to come. People into the scene like the feel of being spanked. During the course of the punishment, their body rages with endorphins which often makes the spanking easier to deal with. But if we want to make a lasting impression that will be with them beyond the initial excitement of the spanking, we need to choose our implement wisely.
In the situation above, a paddle is always my first choice. As I have discussed before, very few implements conjure up fear as quickly in the mind of those about to be punished as a large wooden paddle. In my many years of spanking, there have been very few times that when the person being spanked was allowed to choose the implement, that they chose the paddle. Paddles hurt, they hurt a lot. I find it to be a very versatile implement that can be used in any situation. In does not matter the position, a person’s pain tolerance, or their state of dress, I can apply the paddle as gentle or as severe as I need to. It can be used moderately for a prolonged punishment or it can achieve the desired results in five swats or less. To apply a wooden paddle safely, the target area is the very lowest part of the bottom. This also serves the purpose of making the spot that touches a seat when they sit, the very sorest. A hard paddling will leave someone’s bottom sore for as many as five days. The marks from a severe paddling can last for several weeks, further serving as a reminder of their bad behavior. If I could only choose a single implement to use in all punishment situations, it would be a paddle.
Moving beyond the punishment aspects of an implement and looking more into the sexual and BDSM realm, the implement of choice for me is a riding crop. I like a long flexible crop, with a leather (not plastic or rubber) tip. I like the mid sized tips that are not too skinny or too wide for my purposes. When I have someone tied up and I am doing a prolonged scene intended to excite as well as bring pain, the crop works very well. The crop can be used so gently that there is really no pain involved. On the flip side, it can be used like a cane a produce a very painful effect. There are very few implements that are well suited for use on the entire body, but the crop is one of them. Because the motion is generated with just the flick of the wrist, it is easy to use very accurately. In the right situation, I never hesitate to use a riding crop on the clit or nipples. This can be done in a method that just excites the person, or in such a manner as to produce a large degree of pain. A crop allows me to spank those areas of the bottom that are often hard to reach with most implements. In addition, smacks to the inner thigh become easy to administer. Typically, in a sexual scene I use the crop all over her body in a manner that is erotic. This continues as I slow build in intensity, in a way that is almost not noticed. I like to build slowly so they do not even realize at what point the whole process became painful. By the time I am finished, there is no doubt that it hurts and they will promise anything to make it stop. The crop is also well suited for sexual based infraction. If someone has been told that they are not to masturbate or have an orgasm without permission, and they go ahead and do so, then the punishment should fit the crime. I feel it is well within reason to punish the body part in question. Masturbating when you are told not to can be a serious offense and it seems perfectly reasonable to tie them up, with their legs spread, and give a nice hard clit spanking. With the exception of certain whips, there are very few implements that allow you to punish someone’s clit safely.
Please remember that any implement in the hands of someone who does not have the experience to use it properly can be dangerous, even when only applied to the bottom.

How I got here
Introduction to the owner of this blog.
My name is Michael Masterson and I am the owner of AEG. Inc, a company that specializes in the production of spanking content for the web. Over the years, I have created many spanking based websites, the first of these being Realspankings.com . The site went live in 1996 and was the first spanking site of its kind. It began with videos of me spanking my beautiful wife and quickly became very popular. The original goal was not to make money, but to add a fun and public element to a lifestyle we had long enjoyed together. We started by taking video requests to further enhance some of the discipline sessions that were a regular part of our relationship. We were quickly overwhelemed with responses and it became clear that we were really onto something.
It took very little time for us to realize that, what started out as a way to add excitment to our current lifestyle, could easily tranform into a decent source of income. It seemed very appealing to us to turn something that was so much a part of our sexuality, into a full-time job. When deciding to pursue this full-time we made a personal committment that we have honored to this day, make websites that is about satisfying the customer and exceeding all of their expectations, without trying to scam them out of their money. While the Internet was fairly new at this point in time, it was already clear that most adult sites were about making money, not making customers happy. We felt that both were possible. Not knowing much about successful internet business models, we kept it simple. I decided our website would be based on identifying all of the things about adult websites I hated and doing the opposite.
We quickly learned that if you give the customer what you promise, avoid annoying pop-ups and misleading links, and provide exclusive content, you will have happy members. I also put a lot of time into soliciting and integrating our member’s feedback into our site and the content we produced. A customer oriented spanking website was well received and we still have members that have been with us since our first year.
It has been a fun ride and we have come a very long way since the first time we hit record on a video camera in our living room. Seven years later we are a corporation with dozens of websites. We have employed more than 100 models since inception and currently have more than a dozen full-time employees. We went from filming on a cheap 8mm camera, to using multiple high-end, state of the art digital video cameras. We no longer shoot in our house and currently film in a 4000 sq. ft. studio space. I feel our success is due to putting the members first as well as treating out models with total respect. In future entries I will further detail the road that brought us to where we are today.
